At Pancho And Lefty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a printout of your authorization email inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service of your choice to send the parcel back to our warehouse facility.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
